Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

My lover's Probation officer is saying that he and I can no longer have a relationship. If we continue to see each other, she threatened to send him to prison. Can she legally do that? What can I do?

If you are among the group of people that the terms of his probation prohibit him for associating with, then there may be little he can do. If it is just a personal thing, he may be able to raise a complaint with the probation office, or request anew PO.
