If someone admits toexpose committing a crime, on social media, that admission can often be used against them in Court. Unless you are a Prosecutor, you couldn't use it in a criminal case, except to defend yourself. The plan you propose could expose you to prosecution for fraud, and other crimes and torts. If you are in a situation where you feel the need to get someone to admit to a crime, you should consult directly with an attorney in your area. Schemes like your proposal often backfire.

Good luck
