Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
i got married 2 weeks ago and just found out my husband is writing and passing bad checks I am not on the account and have not written any. What do i do?

Do not participate in any of the illegal activities. Do not help hide the crimes. Avoid those two things, and you probably won't face any criminal charges. You might fyi still have the marital money lost to pay for the checks.
