Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Minor theft
A friend of mine was fired from his place of employment (7-11 gas station) for stealing $14.95 worth of beer. He was charged with misdemeanor theft. What are the consequences of that? Also, his employer still has his last paycheck and refuses to give it to him.
What can he do?

Your friend is facing criminal charges, and a conviction on his record will cause some serious negative consequences. YOur friend needs to hire an attorney. I have handled many similar cases, and I have had some sucess in avoiding convictions for my clients. You or your friend may call me for a free telephone consultation.
