Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
misdemeanor warrant
If you had possession of marijuana and you were never formally charged, but were held for 1 hour in October 2002. Then in February of 2003 had a warrant placed on you, and you never did anything about it. How long does that stay on your record and could you still be in jeopardy of going to jail for this?

Re: misdemeanor warrant
If a warrant was issued, it was because you were charged with committin a crime. If the warrant is still outstanding, then there is a criminal charge pending against you. Hire an attorney to represent you. The attorney might be able to get the warrant cancelled, and the charge either defended or plea bargained.
