Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I'm from Missouri and I got charged for driving while suspened. That night I felt like I needed to drive. The other driver was drinking and under the influce of drugs. We had three children and I was thinking of their safety and the safety of others. Is there a way to prove to the courts I was acting in good faith

It is unclear what you were in good faith for. Was it that you were the only sober adult? If you get your license reinstated, I can probably get you a plea deal wherein you won't get more points on your license.
Good luck
