A statute of limitations usually refers to the time in which a person must be formally prosecuted for a crime. Probation menas that the person has already been prosecuted. Therefore, the statute of ,imitations does nto matter if the eprson has already been prosecuted nd placed on probation. If this does not state your situation correctly, perhaps you can resend your quesiton with a better description.
Good luck
