Help! Mom in Hick town being railroaded by ex-cop husband who wants custody!

My home was searched by exs nephew 1hr after Minister saw ex sneak in window, the PA wants max sentance, ex wants cutody of kids,Attorney wants $$$ I have a poss. w/intent to distribute meth charge.Is there any advice on defending myself in this? or Can his nephew legaly be the one who found residue?

If you ae facing a criminal charge of "possession with intent to distribute" as you suggest, you would be making an extremely serious mistake by representing yourself. You need the very best legal defense available, and I would suggest in the strongest possible terms that you hire an experienced criminal defense lawyer immediately. If you can not afford private legal counsel, you should insist upon the appointment by the Court of the Public Defender. Either your private attorney or the Public Defender will answer your specific legal questions, and hopefully find a way to keep you out of prison.
