Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I was going through my motion of discovery papers and my birthdate and social security number are wrong on my warrant and other papers. Would that effect my case?

From your question it appears that you are representing yourself against criminal charges. It is also apparent that you should have an experienced criminal defense attorney. Would you take out your own appendix? If you can not afford a private attorney, you may be able to get a public defender.
