Motion to suppress statement
If you gave a statement to police without your miranda rights given, can this be evidence be suppressed?

It is possible, but not certain that statements made to police without the Miranda warning will be suppressed at trial. The big issue will be whether you were under arrest at the time. This can be simple or a very tricky factual determination. There are not enough facts supplied with your question to give a clearer answer.
