what is needed for law enforcement to obtain a warrant

Probable cause that a crime was committed and resonable suspicion and belief that evidence of that crime can be found in the place to be searched (for a search warrant). For an arrest warrant officer's need a reasonable suspcion that the person to be arrested committed a specific crime, among a few other things.
