Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
my neighbor is a butt, always, and has put private property signs on the edge of our adjoining properties. I want to make my own and be very blunt on my signs. Even a few curse words. Would this be a legal thing to do or not? I know it may not be a nice thing to do, but very deserving.

So you're asking if a nasty neighbor would be a good defense to a charge of public display of profanity? Not the defense midst attorneys would recommend. But, it has first amendment characteristics. Si, if you have the $250,000 in legal fees to take it to SCOTUS, you might give it a try. It, you could hire a local attorney to contact your neighbor and point out what local ordinances they may be violating. And report the signs to your codes administration office. It's your money, you choose.
Good luck
