Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My nephew is being charged with assault an officer. An officer stated that he ran over his foot. Witnesses say that he did not do so and he states the same. He has never be charged or convicted of any crime, as such. What can the family do? He has 4 young daughters.

The family needs to put together whatever money it takes to hire the very best criminal defense attorney you can afford. The attorney can either defend the charge sucessfully or negotiate a plea bargain on your nephew's case. Depending upon where the charge is pending, I might be able to offer my services. I have handled hundreds of criminal cases in the thirty-three years I have been practicing law.
