Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
my nephew gave his cozen a ride - they got pulled over and his cozen hid a gun under the seat - the cops charged my nephew - since it is his car - according to my nephew - his cozen will stand up and admit it was his gun - will the cops drop the charges and charge his cozen instead? If they dont drop the charges can a lawyer get him off or i s he doomed?
