Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My nephew and my son are both under 13. My nephew is constantly attacking my son and threatening him. One instance involves my nephew throwing rocks at my son and calling him a retard. My brother-in-law has no intention of making his son stop the abuse. What can I do, legally, to stop this from happening?

Do not allow your nephew to be around your Son. If there is a physcial attack, call the police. If need be, obtain a restraining Order (you will have to name the parnets in the action).
Good luck
