Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

i was out one nite and my wife called and said she wrecked her car said she was fine and the only thing that was damaged was her car so i told her to call the police and let them no in case somebody called in the mean time i had showed up at home where state tropper was at my home he asked where my wife was told him i didnt no but would call her so i did he asked where i had been so i had told him that my two friends had been out for bday supper he arrested me for a dwi which i didn't get any tickets but now i have a probation violation would like to no how that should stand up in court and also if i have the right to sue
