If you have a warrant our for your arrest in the state of Missouri for Non-Support over $5,000.00, can they arrest you for that warrant if you are in another state?

Yes. Why don't you hire an attorney, get the warrant cancelled and negotiate a plea bargain? Most of the time we are able to get a plea bargain which will keep you out of prison and often we can even avoid a conviction on your record. The longer you put this off the worse it will be.
