Where can you go to find out if someone has outstanding warrants?

An attorney can check with the court clerks in the various courts ande very often will locate the information you are looking for. If you happen to know a law enforcement officer, you could ask him or her to check for you. If there are any warrants outstanding, an attorney can either have them cancelled or set up a voluntary surrender which will make everything easier for you. I would suggest hiring an attorney.
