Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Someone owes me money, can I place a lien against their property, if they are placed in jail for drugs and property taken away from them, what will happen to my lien.

If you are using for the debt, you may be able to get a lien against their real property. Without a suit, you may need them to transfer title to the property voluntarily.
