Obviously you need to hire the best attorney that you can afford to represent you on the theft case, and it would probably be a good idea to hire the same attorney to represnt you in the likely event that your P.O seeks the revocation of your parole for violation of laws. Depending upon a variety of factors, you culd be facing revocation, you could be facing some extension on modification to the terms of your parole, you will be facing a possible conviction on thenew charge and the punishments imposed by that court as well. I handle cases such as these, and have been doing so for over thrty-three years. If you do not already have an attorney you may contact me for a free consultation.
