Re: parole violation

Of course your boyfriend is entitled to a hearing on his probation revocation. He is entitled to an attorney. He may also be able to have a bond set so that he can be released from custody pending the hearing. He will not get credit for time against his probation. The conditions of his probation are spelled out in his sentencing documents and in the laws of the state of Missouri. If he did not violate any conditions of his probation then his probation should not be revoked. He definitely needs to hire an attorney, and I do handle probation revocations regularly. As to you, you obviously need legal representation if you do not already have an attorney. You may call my office for a consultation if you are located in the Eastern part of the state.
