Re: parole violation
So, you are on parole and you decide that you just don't need to live at the address the parole officer has for you and you don't need to advise your parole officer of your new address? Usually keeping the parole officer advised of your residence address is a condition of parole, and when you violate a condition of parole you risk having the parole officer seeking to have your parole revoked which would result in your incarceration. If your parole officer does not believe that this is serious enough to seek a revocation, then you've got no problem. If I was on parole and didn't want to go back to prison, I think that I would comply with all of the conditions of probation and not take any chances.
