Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
A parolee has been arrested for waving around a cattle bone which he said he found in a dumpster nearby. He was arrested when he waved the bone around in a crowed public place and the bone brushed someones head. He was heavily intoxicated. What are some possible charges that could be filed against him?

A person on parole should not be intoxicated in public. This person is a great example of what keeps defense lawyers in business. He faces revocation of his parole and may also face new charges arising from the "bone" incident. He needs a great lawyer and perhaps some other help so that he comes to grip with reality.
