Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

pending charges for assault in 2nd degree there is no proof other than a statement but i have statements as well stating that i did not do anything whats the chances that it will get dropped or dropped to a lesser charge?

You do not tell us whether or not you already ahve an attorney representing you. If so, you should direct all of yor legal questions to your attorney. If not, you need to hire one as soon as possible. The attorney will advise you on whether or not you should go to trial or negotiate a plea bargain.
