Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
can a person be charged with a class d felony uuw 571.030 (1-4) if the people were in two seperate vehicles in two seperate lanes on a highway doing 65 mph and one person says the driver in the other lane flashed a knife at him.thats not readily capable of lethal use.
