Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
A person I have a legal issue with just got arrested and when he was brought in other
warrants, they also saw he had a warrant for 2 probations violations. He is being held
in jail without bond awaiting trial date.
Is this serious? Will he end up serving time and my lawsuit will be for naught?
I am trying to recoup money , so am I wasting my time?

We can't tell if you would be able to win your lawsuit against the person in custody, or collect upon any Judgment you obtain. You should consult directly with an attorney.
