Petty theft
Hi im 19 St. Louis Mo and was recently arrested for stealing a bottle of vodka from a grocery store. This is the first time ive had anything on record and was wondering if theres any chance i could get this erased from my record since its a first time offense.

A lot depends upon where the charge against you is pending. I just handled one of these in the Municipal Court for the City of Arnold and kept the 18 year old defendant from taking a conviction on her record. This type of result is possible in a lot of different places, but is definitely not guranteed anywhere. You really should hire a criminal defense attorney to represent you on this charge.
