Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I play competitive yugioh, and some guy came up to me and said he needed a card to trade to someone else, but he'll pay me back. I said, okay, because he was nice and I've known him for a long time. But now everytime I see him he makes an excuse for not having the money or the card...help. If it makes a difference, I'm 14, and he's in his 20's.

Perhaps you should bring this up with your parents. If the card is worth more then fifty dollars, you might consider making a police report. If it was worth more than $100, it might be worthwhile to file a small claims case. You're too young to bring it on your own, though.
Good luck
