Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
if the police are invited to search a residence that is shared by two occupants are they only able to take whats in plain view?

teh term search is broad and defined differently by differnet people in different contexts. But, generally permission to serach doe snto mean just what is in plain view. However, one roomate cannot give the police authority to search the other's wallet, purse, desk drawers, etc.
