Police Reports & probable Cause Statements

If there are any,misleading statements,on a police report & or a probable cause statement,can they be used against you in court ??? i.e.are they worthless as evidence.

Your posting is very vague, so I must answer in general. A statement that one could reasonably interpret one way or another, may be admitted in a criminal proceeding, as a record of the Officer's impressions at the time, but, should not be effective evidence in and of itself against a defendant. However, if the person who is being charged, is charged with making false statements, etc., then the report statements, and possibly the probably cause statement may be relavent evidence.
