Porole violations third time offenders

when someone is in county jail over assult charges, and porole violation. If their porole is revoked but found not guilty at trial, will they still go back to prison for the rest of their time they have on porole?

I would like to know a few more of the facts before giving you a specific answer, but generally speaking, a person who is found to have violated the conditions of his parole or probation is quite often committed for the duration of his term. If the only reason the person is charged with violating the terms of his parole is the arrest for assault and the person is not guilty of the charge, it may be possible to avoid having the parole or probation revoked.
