Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I got a Possession Charge in Raytown. Can Kansas City, Grandview etc.. charge me for the same Possession Charge I got in Raytown? 1 crime charged twice.

Unless the drug operation was carried out in several cities, it is unlikely that the other cities will charge you. But, even though Raytown has charged you, Jackson County may also charge you with something too. The federal government might too, if the drug activity triggered federal jurisdiction.
