I was arrested for possession of a marijuana pipe and I was wondering what possible sentences I could face.

The answer to your question depends upon exactly what law you are charged with violating. There are municipal ordinances, county ordinances, and state statutes against the possession of drug paraphenalia. Each such law provides potentially a different range of punishment. The most important thing for you to consider is that you do not want any conviction to be entered upon your record no matter which law you are charged with violating. You should hire an attorney to represent you and avoid taking any conviction.
