Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
She got pregnant at 12 but still pregnant and 13 and her boyfriend is 27 will he get probation if the mother new about it?

It is possible that the adult male will get probation. But also possible that molester and Mom will get jail time.

In my experience, it is unlikely that the 27 year old who has sex with a 12 or 13 year old gets probation. And, I can understand why. A girl who is that young is not legally old enough to consent to sex, and her "parent" can not consent for her. My question for you is "What kind of man gets a child that age pregnant?"
