Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
someone was on probation for class C felony drug possession 3 years and 2 years for class A misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphilia. He is now charged with 2 class C felonies for 2nd degree domestic assault. He has his preliminary trial at the end of this month. His case file says he has been committed for trial. Does he have an attorney? If so, this question should go to his attorney. If not, he needs to hire the best attorney he can afford. I have handled hundreds of such cases over the last 36 years, and may be able to offer my services.
