Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I am on probation in Missouri and they gave me SES. Can I ever get this expunged or sealed so it does not show up on a background check

Depending upon the type of conviction, you may be able to get the arrest and conviction expunged four years after completing probation with no new offenses.
