Probation Violation
A friend of mine was arrested e week ago for violating her probation but doesn't have a bond. She hasn't caught any new charges. Dont they have to give her a bond?

Your friend needs to hire an attorney. The attorney can see about getting a bond set and also help your friend obtain her release from custody if possible. Then the attorney can deal with the probation revocation itself.
