Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

i am on probation for 5 years i been on it since 2008 i was charged with 2 accounts of class c i am on probation i been making my restution i am on unemployment can not find any work and my unemployment about to run out what can i do are what will happen any answers

Contact your probation officer and be sure to advise him or her of your circumstances. If the probation officer is understanding, you may be able to get some cooperation and avoid having to take any legal action. Otherwise, it might be necessary to file a Motion with the Court who put you on probation to seek an adjustment of your conditions of probation (restitution), and unfortunately this would cost you at least a modest amount of attorney's fees.
