on probation,/being violated for something not true
what are my rights,probation officer will not let me prove ,that im not quilty

If your probation officer is trying to have your probation terminated due to an alleged violation of your conditions of probation, you are entitled to a court hearing to determine whether the allegations are true. The Court that placed you on probation will scheldule a hearing date. In the meantime there may be a warrant issued for your arrest and you may be taken into custody. You would normally be entitled to post bond. You should definetly hire an attorney.
