Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
what is the protocol that protect my rights illegal search and seizure when i was detainded in county jail before i seen one, when i asked with my screen door shut to allow in i said need warrant,door closed in, objects in way so they not allowed no view inside. probal cause out of no where smell something. force their way in. detained-took to jail then got warrant

It appears that this may have been an illegal search,and possibly an unlawful entry and assult upon your person. These things are very very fact dependnet.
