Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I was pulled over for crossing the center line. I have one prior convictions in 2005 of a dui/alcohol related offense. I refused all tests and was taken ot the hospital for a blood test. What I would like is to pay a lot of fines and have the case reduced to reckless driving or dismissed because of poor handling of the case (the state trooper was a rookie)

We used to be able to do that in most places, but times have changed. The results we can get depend largely upon where you have to appear in Court. In which Court is your case pending? I may be able to help you. I've handled hundreds of DWI's over the last 38+ years. Call me at 314-727-2822 for a free telephone consultation.
