can someone put my name on a medical bill if they are not authorizied to do so?

Obviously people do put other people's names on various things. If the medical provider tries to collect money from you and you never agreed to be responsible, then you may be able to avoid paying it. Also, you could attempt to make a police report or file a complaint with the police.
