Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I would like to ask this question a different way. In regards to Missouri Law, if you have retained an attorney and this attorney is not sending you notifications of the status of your case, such as when the next trial date, can he/she just call you up two days prior to the court date and inform you that you have to show up, if he/she had plenty of time to inform you prior?
