Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
my question is this officer found a percocet in my car charge me for possession of a class 2 felony in the state of Missouri which in fact he knew I had a prescription for it at that time I didn't have it with me I can prove I have a prescription for it what should I do when I go to court as well I didn't have a driver's license any charge me for driving on revoked when in fact I wasn't even driving the car the keys was not inignitionand a week later I got my drivers license so it shows that I do have a prescription and I have a driver's license today I go to court please help I need opinion I go to court Friday June 7th

Based upon the facts you described, it appears that your attorney may be able to have some of the charges dismissed, and/or negotiate a plea.
