Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
During questioning if a person who medically has heart/anxiety problems ask for there medicine before answering or going any further is denied until they comply, illegal?knowing under intense pressure and anxiety this person answered with what they wanted because she needed her meds and wasnt allowed to leave until.

If the person is charged with a crime, then that person needs the best criminal defense attorney he or she can afford. The attorney will determine whether there is sufficient legal basis for a Motion to Suppress any statements made. Obviously, a person who is being detained and being questioned should ask for a lawyer and not answer any questions or make any statements without advice of legal counsel. Good luck!
