Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
during a raging gang war, X approaches Y a fellow gang member and asks to borrow Y's gun. Y says " I do not want to know why you want this." X uses the gun in a drive by shooting and inadvertently kills a young child. Is Y guilty of knowingly providing a lethal weapon knowing that it will be used in a crime of violence?
