Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
i was raided by a bondsman and 6 of his associates.they went thru my door with no one home and no warrant.without police officers and damaged my property.is that legal?

A licensed bondsman can go into homes to apprehend fugitive, if he is under the beleif that he is pursuing a good lead. His "associates" do not have the same near immunity from criminal prosecution, if they themselves aren't also licensed. You shuould complain to the police. You may also sue all of them for the damage in civil court.
