I received a Disturbing the Peace ticket for some kids that were on my property throwing snowballs at my neighbors house. The kids fled. Can I fight this?

Yes. I assume that you did not condone or partake in this activity. You should plead not guilty. If you request a trial, you will have a chance to tell the judge that you had nothing to do with the fight. Feel free to email me if you want to discuss this in detail.
