Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
i received a speeding ticket in Missouri and the police was in an unmarked car with normal plates. he was parked with other parked cars so you could not notice him. He did have light in the the window ( where the review mirror would be). is this legal for him to do this. by the way there was a police officer at the top of the hill across the street and you could not see him until you got closer to the top of the hill.

There appears to be no appellate case wherein s speeding conviction was reversed because the officer was inconspicuous when the driver was speeding. You didn't mention that you were also charged with failure to pull over, so the Ccolor and lights iof the oofficer's car oes not seem relent to your dsituation. You should consult directly with a criminal defense attorney to explore your options regarding the ticket. You may contact me by email, if you wish.
