Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I recently bought a house in MO that had some items remaining from the previous tennant who rented the house. He has been moved out for over 10 months. He recently came into my basement while i was not home and took the bike that he had left there. I am looking to press charges for breaking and entering, but can i also press charges for burglary?

You may report the burglary to the police or sheriff, and it will be up to the prosecutor to decide what charges to pursue. You may also sue thedefendant in civil court.
